Pros

The company environment is fantastic as well as the people that work for the company.

Cons

Some workflows are not clearly defined. Overall not many cons can be found in this role. Since this is a smaller company overall there are not as many opportunities to move upward so those opportunities are apply to them while they are available.

Pros

Everyone is kind and helpful. The company culture is superb and the CEO is knowledgeable and interactive with employees. Solid onboarding because of new leadership. Opportunity for growth is there.

Cons

Pay could be higher, but it's not completely prohibitive.
