If you're willing to go along with the management and not think for yourself or have an opinion, then you can go far.
Cons
The offices are dreadful. The atmosphere in the office is even worse. Employees are treated very badly, often insulted in front of customers and made to feel like naughty children. The only time that management care to listen to an employee is when they have handed in their notice.
