Working at Axispoint Technology Solutions Group has been a rewarding experience overall. The company offers a collaborative work environment, allowing for the development of both technical and soft skills. I have had the opportunity to work with a talented team, contributing to various successful projects. The management is supportive, and there are great opportunities for career growth and learning.
Cons
While my overall experience has been positive, there were a few areas that could have been improved. One of the challenges I faced was with the transition process when I moved from Pakistan to Canada. I was hoping for more flexibility in terms of remote work during the transition period, but unfortunately, this wasn't accommodated. Additionally, my salary hasn't been adjusted in the past two years, which was a bit disappointing. Lastly, there were delays in HR follow-up, particularly regarding my experience letter and support with job referrals in ATSG - Canada.
