Good company if you are starting your career. Good for freshers.

They expect to work overtime without any extra benefits or extra pay. Slow growth. Yearly hike percentage is very low. They give promotion but the hike percentage will be the same. Hardly any leisure activities for employees. No picnics. No team building activities. No perks. No canteen. They will ask you to work from home/office as per their convenience as they dont have enough space in office and do not reimburse anything. Some employees work from home since years but you may not be allowed to. They dont have any Revit/BIM jobs. So if you are specifically looking for Revit opportunities, do not join. You will be stuck working in the Cad Loop.

decent work environment, decent exposes when it comes to work, work life balance is okay -okay. salary on time, 5 days working, early morning shift, indoor games.

1. Not much of the benefits beside the PF and Insurance (bare minimum). 2. Growth in terms of salary is very slow. the annual appraisal percentage is low. 3. lot of internal politics (personal experience) which is common every firm has but here there is a lot of bias behavior. 4. they will spend lakhs on the festival celebration of a one day but won't give you a reasonable hike. i believe most of the employees are very under paid except the managers.
