Pros
TASER is a good small/mid-sized company with an important mission and products that actually matter. The company also does a good job treating it's employees like adults. No tracking of PTO, flexible hours, and good managers minimize the bureaucracy that holds back so many organizations. Company also is very good about letting you take on as much responsibility as you can very early and rolling with your ideas. The office building is also a fun place to work and most of the manufacturing is done at the headquarters.
Cons
None of cushy perks like campus recreation facilities, food, etc. that you find at a lot of tech companies like Microsoft or Google. Company is constantly fighting a PR battle about the use of CEWs.
