Professional growth slows after 3-4 years if you want to move beyond programming or leading small teams. "Customer service" culture feels servile. HR is too forgiving when administering disciplinary measures.

Axon has a family culture and gives competitive salary to recent graduates.

Not much growing opportunities after a few years. Administrative personnel is highly overpaid for the work they do. Benefits(vacation & sick days) for exempt employees are low. Too much preference from Managers with a few employees. Some Managers are not very ethical, and tend to micromanage.
