- The work is fully (95%) localized within the telecom regulation industry, working with regulatory accounting and auditing in the telecommunications sector. That is, 19 out of every 20 projects will be about telecom regulatory accounting, and there is no way around that.
- For the prior reason, even though is sold as "Strategy Consulting", that assumption is far from being true. There are no strategy or management-related projects, and those slightly related to telecom strategy account for roughly 5% of all the projects.
- The salary for junior positions is much lower (€10-15k difference) than the average in strategy consulting. It is similar to the salaries of Big4 firms.
- The senior management team limits any possible motivation by managing the projects and people very poorly: inexperienced management, destructive feedback, bosses instead of leaders, and very bad resource allocation.
