Pros
- "Free" food for lunch - Good benefits - Many days there is not enough work for everyone so plenty of down time if you like that - CEO seems to really care about the company and his employees - Those working as operators and leads are all great people to work alongside as of time of writing
Cons
- Poor communication between HR and upper management with employees - Absurdly strict attendance policy's (1 minute late is not excused, no grace period) - When they lay off employees they give less than 12 hour notice - Wasteful company that seems to have little regard for their environmental impact - As of the time of writing employee moral is low within the company as it shows - Inefficiencies within operations as far as the eye can see
