My five star rating is based on my experience here at Axtria for the last 3 years. I joined at a good base pay and got promoted consecutive years. When people talk about pay, they often don't think about fast progression they get at Axtria, and in the end they come off way ahead. People here are really smart and helpful. Culture is really good with focus on performance. It is also a fun and collaborative work place.

I think company needs better support systems in place.
