Pros
A very lively training session with a highly collaborative group, making for a dynamic experience. The training allowed me to revisit the strengths of leadership—such as leading by example and active listening—which I consider essential for a leader.
Cons
The training allows us to review key leadership points; however, applying them on a daily basis proves more challenging. Indeed, our work habits and ingrained daily reflexes tend to reassert themselves very quickly.
