No pros, except the pro that they give employment, some employees are friendly

I think the company is the biggest con, they are selling a fake product and cheating people they will recruit you as a dietitian and make you work as a customer support agent u should make calls and listen to what people scold for the company and some will scold you and they will tell some stupid words.

My Ayurmana review would be that nice environment. Everyone makes you feel at home there. Food is good. And a very good rehabilitation center.

According to my Ayurmana review, there's no cons as such.
