Pros
good company, a lot of good brands, stable, salary wise its fair only difference with commissions depending on the store sale. stability of the job they will not remove you easily but if the manager dont like you they will make your life in hell until you would want to resign.
Cons
too much politics, if your a lebanese you will be promoted after 6 months even though you dont have experience, for asians no chance you can only be kicked out in smaller brands. as well its very hard for asians to be promoted, higher brands like mango promotes people only close to the hearts of the management or their friends or relatives.
