Pros
I've been here almost a year now, and it's been a fantastic few months. A fast growing but small company means decisions are made quickly and with a lot of transparency. New/dissenting ideas are encouraged, even from someone with limited experience or seniority. Co-workers are helpful and friendly, looking to both solve the short term problems and think of the big picture issues that will make for a great product and happy customers in the long run. Casual atmosphere and high level of self responsibility contribute to a great work/life balance
Cons
Relaxed formal structure does create confusion for who's responsible for what and when. Location of office not ideal for employees that live in Boston
