Co-workers will bend over backwards to help with every obstacle you face. So many clients are patient, friendly and a true pleasure to work with. There's such a steep learning curve that you will upskill your knowledge.
Cons
Workload, "training", pressure for results, pay, company direction, managing customer expectations, service delivery, you're expected to know everything on day 1. Unfair distribution of work and or phone calls. Demonstrate a skill outside of your job role and the business will make that a part of your job role, apprentices will be expected to hit the ground running with minimal training.
