Pros

Working at Azul Arc was an absolute joy. My team was always supportive and it was overall a great experience. I was given lots of autonomy and responsibility right from the start. The hybrid work schedule allowed the flexibility to work from home and in the office, which made for a more relaxed environment.

Cons

I cant really think of any cons, I left the company because I am continuing my studies.

Pros

- You work with a really amazing group of people. It feels like family at the office. - Many years of experience. You'll learn a lot about the web development process, from design to development to implementation. From my own experience, I learned a lot about design from their award-winning web designer, Felipe. - A focus on improving processes, which makes life for a Project Manager much easier. - The India development team. Top developers, hard workers, amazing people. Working with them and talking through problems with them were some of my favorite parts of the job.

Cons

- Time zones. Working with a development team in India can sometimes be tough when some projects demand work throughout the day. - Project Management tasks come in waves at a dev shop. Sometimes you have a bunch of projects to manage at one time, which can be a little bit stressful.
