      Pros

      Pretty consistent money, laid back, hands off management. Most management were mostly all promoted from within, so they’re all knowledgeable and understanding about the restaurant.

      Cons

      Honestly can’t really think of any outside the typical annoying things about working in a restaurant

      Pros

      Working at Azul for a number of years; great management staff, fun atmosphere, and benefits will begin first quarter 2016

      Cons

      No benefits at this time; do not allow employees to go into overtime, schedules are always changing, currently overstaffed.
