Pros
I have been working for different companies for many years and in this one they have an excellent balance between work and personal life (a real one), the managers from the boss to the middle management make you feel like part of their team, they are very flexible over time and always look after health and the well-being of employees. I would definitely recommend working with them.
Cons
They are still a very young company and they are working to improve the wages and conditions of employees.
