The only way to grow at this university is to hop around to different departments hoping for a better experience. If you are stuck with a director that does not care about the growth or success of their department or team, nothing will be done to change it. I expected more and was excited at this opportunity and it became very clear within the first month that there was zero structure. Very low pay for the work that was expected.
