Pros
-Impressively open environment with which students, faculty, & staff share their life journeys and express their beliefs freely -Major emphasis on their core values -Finally becoming more culturally competent
Cons
-Lack of university money management -Lack of strategic vision for the university or its departments -Too many cooks (admin personnel comfortable in their positions), not enough chefs (leaders with ideas) -Student worker population has a lot more rights/freedoms/protections than faculty & staff
