It was known as a stable company don't fire staff arbitrarily, and employees were feeling high stability before 2019.
Cons
You feel a weight on your shoulders every time you go to work. You afraid to take time off. Your salary is lower than the market for most of Junior/ Middle Management levels. People take credit for your work. You not given adequate time and support to complete your tasks. Some of Coworkers/ Managers have a negative/ unethical attitude.
