      Stable work all year round compared to other departments. 3/4 12 hour work days. Great hourly pay and benefits.

      Cons

      Management, mandatory overtime, incompetent leads, QM's who will blame you in order to avoid a D/N on their record as well as termination.

      Great company, pay, and work life balance. A great way to transition out of bedside nursing.

      Cons

      Travel all over the US two weeks out of the month as a part time employee so you have to know that going in.
