Pros
They pay attention to quality of the products. These are products you sell with confidence. Promotional material was readily available. Training for new employees was comprehensive.
Cons
Their products are not readily acceptable to medical personnel in low resource settings like most countries in Sub Saharan Africa because of the relatively high cost. There is also need to ensure that their offices in the various countries are run along the same lines as the parent company.
