Pros
Only benefit in working for this company is to keep your broker dealer license active while you wait for a real investment banking opportunity to come along. People are generally nice but most people you will find have type C drives and personalities.
Cons
Complete waist of time. Pay is equivalent to working at a small accounting firm. People work on draws which you end up going negative and owning the firm. Real investment banks compensate and make money. You will definitely not be rich here. High turnover as people realize they have made a big mistake in joining this firm.
