Pros
Some nice co-workers across different departments
They only hire because people keep leaving.. so if you need a job to fill a role they have, they will take you to fill a position.
Cons
-Extreme workload and high expectations for little pay.
-PTO has to be used for a Jewish holiday if you want to get paid. They give you a mousepad showing if you will get paid on certain days. You work all year long and regular employees only get 1 day for Christmas, Thanksgiving and New Years.
-Micromanagement and consent surveillance. You are tracked on the computer and how long you stay in a program or if you are away from your desk for too long it will get flagged.
-They hired a new company from the outside to monitor you as well to the point where you can't use your phone. They want to give you a flip phone.
-Very toxic management and HR staff... very unfair and will give you zero give if you need to work from home.. they will tell you use your PTO.
-Zero career growth whatsoever, everyone.
-Favoritism gets you higher up in the company.
-Very behind in tech & software on the corporate side but they want to have the latest for the vendors.
-High revolving door, very churn & burn mentality.
-End to WFH on Fridays... You will only be coming in for 4 hours... tough if you are traveling from far away...
-Zero culture and no work-life balance
