Pros

People in the department are nice so far and helpful

Cons

1) It's like a sweat shop...9 - 6 hours with 30 minute lunch break and two 15 minute breaks...I never had to deal with that before...always had an hour lunch with mini breaks in between. 2) What they don't tell you is that you don't have any holidays off that you would normally get to have the day off.. No 4th of July, Memorial Day, Veteran's Day, MLK etc... you only get one day for New Years, Thanksgiving, Christmas... 3) The office is closed on all the Jewish holidays, some days you will get paid and other days you won't. So if you don't have any PTO time on days where you won't get paid, you have to take a loss for those days. I have NEVER heard of anything like that before and I think that is something that should be told to you during the interview process... I have a big issue with that. 4) You have half day on Fridays but I heard they are going to get rid of it... Zero work-life balance at all... by the time you get home, you are tired from the day... very hard to adjust to working every day if you are used to a hybrid schedule.

Pros

Some nice co-workers across different departments They only hire because people keep leaving.. so if you need a job to fill a role they have, they will take you to fill a position.

Cons

-Extreme workload and high expectations for little pay. -PTO has to be used for a Jewish holiday if you want to get paid. They give you a mousepad showing if you will get paid on certain days. You work all year long and regular employees only get 1 day for Christmas, Thanksgiving and New Years. -Micromanagement and consent surveillance. You are tracked on the computer and how long you stay in a program or if you are away from your desk for too long it will get flagged. -They hired a new company from the outside to monitor you as well to the point where you can't use your phone. They want to give you a flip phone. -Very toxic management and HR staff... very unfair and will give you zero give if you need to work from home.. they will tell you use your PTO. -Zero career growth whatsoever, everyone. -Favoritism gets you higher up in the company. -Very behind in tech & software on the corporate side but they want to have the latest for the vendors. -High revolving door, very churn & burn mentality. -End to WFH on Fridays... You will only be coming in for 4 hours... tough if you are traveling from far away... -Zero culture and no work-life balance
