Pros
Great potential for progressing within the company if you are willing to put in the work. Colleagues can be fantastic in many departments.
Cons
High pressure with little reward even if kpi's are met it's not always a guarantee that bonuses will be paid. Area and regional management have unrealistic expectations on colleagues no work life balance encouraged actually ted to find they favoured young colleagues with no responsibilities as they can exploit them for unpaid work as once you are salaried there isn't any overtime. Salaries are also way below industry standard.
