The only pro is I met some nice people whilst working there. I was there since the Store opened and even set the store up I was there for a further 3 years before leaving on maternity. When it came to coming back management had changed and the new boss was very rude and made it clear I wasn't welcomed back! I believe he has also lost a lot of staff due to the way he treats his staff
