Pros

Can't think of any pros

Cons

Long hours standing at tills, made to work 6 days in a row without a day off. Forced to do overtime. Given late shifts all the time, when questioned, told by manager " you chose to work in retail" There is no work and home life balance for staff like they claim on their website. Manager was unsympathetic when told back and legs were hurting so much from standing at tills. I did 6 hours shift standing on tills and got a 15 minute lunch break which is impossible to have lunch in and have to rush back onto shop floor. The place is warm/humid in hot weather and you're not allowed to keep water with you. All staff on tills complaining about bad backs but too scared to say anything to manager as he would just not want to discuss or listen. The worse manager I have ever worked for.
