      Challenging and everyday brings something new. Great career prospects for those willing to work hard to achieve. Staff can be really friendly and management are helpful.

      Cons

      Have to travel for over an hour journey. Discount could be better. Need a pay structure as you can be paid considerably less than others doing the same role.
