      I worked at B2B Software Technologies as a full-time employee for more than 3 years. For freshers it might be helpful.

      Cons

      Bad Pay Master, No Policies, preferences/salary hikes will be given based on caste. Have dirty caste politics. There is no guarantee that you work on same technology continuously. They change your role as and when they required and they won't bother about your career.
