Cons
Zero levels of structured training and guidance, they don't even know how to do it themselves! Headless chickens when it comes to working on any tasks, whether internal or external. A lot of want but nothing is given in return (not even a decent acknowledgement of achievement). Excuses on why staff reviews/bonuses are delayed or not given. Rudeness and arrogance within certain senior staffs' who think they 'ARE' the business. Micromanagement is very mature in this company but they act like their behaviour are typical for an organisation (far from it). Seniors' not willing to adapt to beneficial change, which explains why they fail on retaining good staff and to expand further on their ventures. Only criticise based on seeing an overview of the problem but fail to dwell deeper on the root cause or find it too difficult to comprehend, which is very concerning.
