No pros. Just usual company.

Cons

An unfriendly team, sometimes toxic. The team lead literally changed tasks five times, sometimes challenging his own decisions. It all seemed like a setup to find a reason to fire me. If I showed them solutions, no one thanked me, but any mistake led to arrogant remarks from the arrogant developers.

you learn about ponzi schemes and they make you do all the grunt work of the ponzi scheme learn russian

Cons

everyone is russian scammer and they scam people. stay long enough to get caught by the feds and go to jail with them for minimum pay.

Our system is built on a Meritocracy notion and an evaluation framework where compensation and growth aligns with the contributions made by each team member. Therefore if the team member performs – he or she gets the very competitive remuneration as well as career growth what can be confirmed by many successful employees as according to our statistics around 25% of current employees are working in the company for more than 3 years, and around 10% working from the very beginning, some of them have grown from junior positions to C-level.
