I joined B2Broker to gain new experiences and expand my skill set, and I have found that there are numerous opportunities to work with a variety of technologies and grow professionally. The company offers great flexibility, with no micromanagement. As long as you complete your tasks, you can work without unnecessary interference. Additionally, strong performance is recognized and rewarded, often with bonuses. One of the key strengths of the management is their support during personal challenges, including financial difficulties, which is greatly appreciated. We also have access to several good benefits and perks. Also i have to mention that we have chance to learn new language - Russian)

you learn about ponzi schemes and they make you do all the grunt work of the ponzi scheme learn russian

Cons

everyone is russian scammer and they scam people. stay long enough to get caught by the feds and go to jail with them for minimum pay.

B2Broker has consistently held its team members in high regard, and remuneration as well as career growth is directly linked to the value an employee brings to the table. Our system is built on a Meritocracy notion and an evaluation framework where compensation and growth aligns with the contributions made by each team member. Therefore if the team member performs – he or she gets the very competitive remuneration as well as career growth what can be confirmed by many successful employees as according to our statistics around 25% of current employees are working in the company for more than 3 years, and around 10% working from the very beginning, some of them have grown from junior positions to C-level.
