People are incredible and very helpful. Cool market to work in. Great culture.
Cons
Management hires far too much in the wrong areas and without a proper vetting. They are also very cheap when it comes to discretionary payments. It's like they're trying their hardest to pay you as little as they can. Promotions are very rare at this firm.
