From non paid internship to fired - Anonymous employee B2Sign Employee Review

This company hires a bunch of people as interns, but they dont pay their interns. All you get is an empty promise of full time employment. The company is mainly Chinese, some of the people there don't speak any english, only the people in the office speak english. This is a factory enviroment geta very hot during summer and very cold on winter. The place is noisy and dusty. They want you too work like a machine and make no mistakes. You always get the feeling that you are next to get fired. In the time i was there they hired many superiors and they fired them later.
