      No real pros. Some colleagues are nice

      Cons

      Very toxic work environment (management mainly) They will hire you as a CDI and fire you before the end of probation as a disguised temp contract. Low salary. BSPCE is a bait because you will never be able to vest them Management will conflict with any senior employee as it seems they have never been able to hire and retain a PO for more than 3 months

      Pros

      In addition to my technical work as a Full stack developer, I also collaborated closely with other engineers and designers to ensure that our applications met the client's requirements and were delivered on time. I was able to learn a lot about project management and communication skills during my time at the company.

      Cons

      Overall, my experience as a full-stack engineer at B4finance was incredibly rewarding, and I'm grateful for the opportunities but I felt I wasn’t being rightly responded to or rewarded for my efforts.
