If you are the kind of person that just wants to put in time, get paid, and go home - this is that kind of work environment.
Cons
There is no individuality at this company. Employees are to be carbon copies of one another. A lot of bureaucracy, procedures made for administration - not customer focused. Management says they want input from employees, but any input is disregarded if it differs from existing policy. Poor communication. A lot of nice words, but very little action, no follow through.
