The time it takes to prepare the discussions / script takes more time than the discussion and is not payed. The test before discussion for sound, internet connection is also unpaid. So when you see the salary advertised you can cut it at least in half, if not more. Another big problem imo is the way you are always criticised like " too enthusiastic, not enough enthousiasm, not natural, no stumble, micro sound issues (even if you have the best quality mic)...sometimes I think that some people are just paid to find anything to criticize, they are probably threatened to go down in working hours like we are (in our case working minutes...) if they don t criticize enough...Instead of gaining confidence we just get harassed several times a day, about doing this too much, this not enough, and getting punished for it...During all the discussions I had there is not one single person that manages the task we are asked, even experienced ones sounds like they are reading at time. Also there stumble and blank in real conversation, because we are human and not robot, which is the whole point of this project...!!!
