Interesting projects and great colleagues, lateral work within the company are possible due to size of the organisation. Job security/stability very good due to nature of company.
Cons
Organisational size meant outdated policies around flex time (i.e. written contractual approval and change needed for longer/shorter lunch breaks or different working hours), slow pay/promotional review cycles etc.
