Good pay and pension, holidays flexible working with some some very motivational staff which I really enjoyed working with. A good starting place for a career
Cons
Political bullying culture is still evident. Process over common sense Health & Safety made. Bureaucracy gone mad underpinned by unnecessarily complex processes which results in process being adhered to but little of value delivered.
