      Job is as easy or as hard as you make it. Generally positive attitude from staff, people tend to be hardworking

      Cons

      Its recruitment isn't target. Management invisible. Bonus scheme is a myth. If you get top 5% appraisal mark, expect a 2.5 bonus. Everyone else go fish
