Some smart people. Can be given a interesting travel opportunities. Generous on expenses.
Cons
Lack of technical talent. The good people which have remained, are too stretched and drained to pass it on. The poor salary is likely a strong factor. Some senior people are rude, snide and condescending to a large degree, which does not inspire in any way.
