      Pros

      Flexible working and finish early on a Friday. Employee offer very good (Wages/Pension/Leave etc). Great bunch of people where I work. Modern offices with great office facilities.

      Cons

      Too many individuals have too much influence. Difficult to get on with tasks - too many non-value added activities.
