      - Provides a place for fresh grads to grow - Takes care of their employees in terms of activities and performance - Most of the employees are friendly

      Cons

      - There needs to be more training for fresh grads as sometimes it can be challenging and uncomfortable to work with new environments and things especially if KT is not executed properly.
