Pros
The only things that the organisation has are it's reputation with Government customers and the employees within the business units who for the most part are highly intelligent, engaging and who you can learn a lot from.
Cons
The company completely lacks vision and innovation. Under the new AI banner, the company is slowly being squeezed of intelligence as mindless, elaborate processes take its place. I expect within the year, the company will be filled with unquestioning, underpaid developers and graduates whilst being steered towards disaster by an obtuse dictating internal marketing function.
