Pros
BAE Systems really tries to practice what they preach. Safety, Ethics, Quality, high cultural values. The workforce is more progressive than the leadership.
Cons
Sometimes the Good Ole Boy conservative practices just refuse to get out of the mix and politics take over. More at higher (parent) level than at Ship Repair level.
