Pros
The culture at BAE is special due to its people. I haven’t found a person who isn’t willing to help share their expertise and help you learn - no matter the subject. There is opportunity for growth and learning new subjects, since there is a focus on career progression.
Cons
There is room for greater reward structures alongside improvement projects (example - where employees are compensated commensurate to the money saved by the company). Higher emphasis and encouragement to stay through reward would be useful for the company, ensuring employee retention.
