Pros
Great benefits, well paid, regular pay rises, flexible working hours. Large organisation with lots of opportunity to experience different roles
Cons
Too much bureaucracy makes it very hard to get things done. Inconsistency between business units. Lots of 'lifers' and a general aversion to change. Company core values of "Trusted, Innovative and Bold" are well intentioned but not lived and breathed.
