Pros
The people are generally highly intelligent and great to work with There is a wide range (ish) of work available The kit kats were a perk, although only any good if you're not sold out on client site.
Cons
Like almost any consultancy you could end up getting stuck on a project for a long time. Salary increases were minimal as we were the bonuses. They will punish you for not "contributing" back to the firm regardless of performance and sales. I lost out to others who remained in the base office and performed worse than me when it came to review time as I was sold off site.
