-Competitive salary -Get left alone to do the work at your own pace, managing your own time with a high level of autonomy. -CEO is strong and has made notable positive decisions since coming in.
Cons
-Refusal to acknowledge past experience from other companies, despite a high level of relevance. Resulting in a lot of people being severely under graded, competent engineers coming in on the same wage as newly qualified apprentices. -Endless bureaucracy, that encourages people to look elsewhere for progression as its too drawn out internally.
